3 days tour from Marrakech to Fes via Merzouga desert

1st Day: Marrakech – Ait Benhaddou Kasbah – Ouarzazate – Skoura – Dades Gorges

The 3 days tour from Marrakech to Fes starts soon after we meet you. After that, we will go to Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, traveling across the High-Atlas road. We will stop at Ait Benhaddou, which is one of the most iconic sites in Morocco and Hollywood movies. It was the filming site of many movies similar to Gladiator and Kingdom of Heaven. After that, we will go to Ouarzazate, which is also apparent in those movies. We will go after that to Skoura Oasis, which is one of the most luscious oases in Morocco. Finally, we will drive to Dades Valley and gorges to explore the rock formations of the ‘Monkey Toes’ before we stop at a hotel with a nice view.

2nd Day: Dades Gorges – Todra Gorges – Merzouga – Erg Chebbi Camel Treks.

On the second day of our 3 days desert tour from Marrakech to Fes, we will eat breakfast and shower before we head to Tinghir: the oasis town and the Todra Gorges. Todra Gorges are the highest canyons in Morocco. The landscapes of Todra are quite amazing. After that, we will head to the oases of Tafilalt, which has the largest palm groves in Morocco. Soon after we visit the two desert towns Erfoud and Rissani, we will stop at our destination, which is Merzouga. We will check into a hotel there to take a rest. Finally, we will ride the camels towards the dunes of Erg Chebbi. We will climb the high dunes to see the mesmerizing sunset before we go to the desert camp. In the desert camp, we will enjoy all sorts of activities like dancing to live traditional music and stargazing. The nomads will keep us entertained until we decide to sleep.

3rd Day: Camel treks – Erg Chebbi – Ziz Valley – Cedar Forest – Ifran – Fes.

On this day, we must wake up early to see the sunrise because it cannot be missed in the Sahara. We will ride the camels once again and head to the town of Merzouga where we left our luggage in the hotel. We will shower and eat breakfast. After that, we will go to the iconic town Rissani to explore its old caravan market. Then, we will travel back to Fes after we see the town of fossils Erfoud and the landscapes near it. We will travel to the northwest towards Fes across the Middle Atlas towns such as Azrou and Ifran. We will also visit the cedar forest to see the monkeys. In Fes, we will end our services.
